At the end of the standard warranty, we provide options to purchase a service contract or pay on a need basis.
Some customers prefer to pay for service only when the machine has a fault or needs a service. Our objective is to facilitate your requirements to meet your financial obligations. We therefore offer an ad-hoc or pay as you need service.
In an event of equipment breakdown, we will attempt to resolve non technical issues over the phone free of charge.
If a technician is required to attend site, we shall provide an estimated cost to resolve the issue.
We warrant all parts and labour for 3 months from the service completion date.
The 3 months parts and labour warranty does not extend the warranty period of the equipment.
